1.1 process description:

1.2 basic instructions:

1.2.1 familiarity with drawings: understanding of changes to previous processes and design changes.

1.2.2 familiarity with the construction site: familiarity with the construction site consists of two aspects, one is the acceptance of the quality of the work performed and the other is the arrangement of the work to be performed in accordance with the requirements of the drawings.

1.2.3 alignment embedded iron: the role of embedded iron is to fasten the connector, so that the curtain wall structure and the main concrete structure connected. 1.2.5 pull level control level and depth dimensions. Although the horizontal height has been controlled when the iron parts are buried, due to the influence of construction error, the horizontal line should be drawn to control the position of the horizontal and depth when the connecting parts are installed to ensure that the installation of the connecting parts is accurate, methods refer to the operation requirements of the previous processes.

2.1 process flow:

Construction preparation → inspection and acceptance of U-shaped glass → stacking of U-shaped glass according to layers → installation → adjustment and fixing → acceptance.

2.2 basic instructions:

2.2.1 construction preparation: adequate preparation must be made prior to construction. The preparation work includes the personnel preparation, the material preparation, the construction site preparation. In the arrangement of plans, first of all, according to the actual situation and the project schedule plan requirements of good arrangement of personnel, in general, each group arranged 4-5 people. When arranging, we should pay attention to the old and new collocation, ensure the normal construction and the old with the new principle, material tools and tools preparation is to check whether the construction face u-glass is present, whether there is no presence or damage of glass, the construction site preparation should leave enough places in the construction section to meet the installation requirements, and at the same time, should clean up the grid and adjust the grid to meet the installation requirements.

2.2.2 inspection and acceptance of u-glass:

The contents of the inspection are as follows:

(1) whether the specifications and quantities are correct;

(2) whether there is any misplaced glass between the layers;

(3) whether the stacking of glass is safe and reliable;

(4) whether there is any glass with errors exceeding the standard;

(5) whether there is any glass that has been damaged;

The contents of the acceptance check are as follows:

(1) whether the three-dimensional error is within the control range;

(2) whether the glass-aluminum frame is damaged, the replacement should be replaced;

(3) whether the sealant is abnormal;

Inspection and acceptance to do a detailed record and participate in the inspection and acceptance personnel to sign confirmation.

2.2.3U-shaped glass shall be stacked according to the layering specifications: glass shall be cleaned and stacked according to the layering before the glass plates are installed, and the glass shall be placed in the proper order in which it is installed. Tip the stack to prevent the glass from tipping over.

2.2.4 initial installation: each group of 4-5 persons is installed with the following steps:

(1) check and look for glass;

(2) transport glass;

(3) adjust the direction;

(4) lift the glass to the installation position;

(5) to the slot, into the slot;

(6) to the seam;

2.2.5 adjustment and fixing: after the initial installation of U-shaped glass plate adjustment, adjustment standards, namely horizontal, vertical, plane. (2) whether the size of the glue joint meets the design requirements;

(3) whether the glue joint is horizontal and vertical;

(5) whether the interface between the indoor aluminum materials meets the design requirements;
